New Enemies, New Platform: Hell is Us Lands on Switch 2 With a Major Update

Hell is Us is now available on Nintendo Switch 2, NACON announced on October 8, 2026, nearly a year after the game first launched on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The Switch 2 arrival is paired with a major update that expands the game's bestiary with 10 new Hollow Walkers, and that update is available on all platforms, not just Nintendo's console. The new creatures are designed to push players to vary their approach, adapting their abilities and drone modules to deal with unfamiliar threats.

The milestone behind the release is a significant one for Rogue Factor and NACON: Hell is Us has now reached 2 million players. The game is a third-person action-adventure that blends melee combat, exploration and a mystery-driven story, set in the war-torn country of Hadea.

Rather than guiding players with maps and markers, it asks them to investigate for themselves, piecing together what happened in its world through exploration and observation. That hands-off approach has become one of its defining features.

The game is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2, and NACON also confirmed a GOG release on PC for October 29, 2026.
