MapleStory: Idle RPG Adds Eternity Weapons Ahead of Its First Anniversary

Nexon announced on October 15, 2026 that celebrations ahead of MapleStory: Idle RPG's first anniversary on November 5 would begin with a new top weapon grade, Eternity, sitting above the previous highest grade, Ancient. The new grade extends progression and opens a fresh stage of character growth for the mobile idle RPG, co-developed by Nexon and Able Games.

The update also brings the boss Pink Bean to Guild Raid, live from October 16. Up to eight members of the same guild can team up to defeat Pink Bean before time runs out, with limited revives adding pressure to the fight.

The party quest Romeo and Juliet gains a Chaos difficulty, and to mark it, Nexon ran a Burning UP event from October 22 to November 4 raising the chance of earning reward equipment from the quest. A slate of autumn events runs alongside the new content, with login and attendance rewards on offer through the anniversary period.

MapleStory: Idle RPG is available on the App Store and Google Play, letting players keep levelling even while idle. The anniversary update gives long-running players a new ceiling to chase and guilds a new boss to tackle together.
