Rockstar Games has confirmed the release plans for the music written for Grand Theft Auto VI, announcing that the game's original score by French duo Justice will arrive on December 11. The announcement, posted on Rockstar's Newswire on October 29, 2026, gives the score its own standalone release, separate from the game's wider soundtrack album, and arrives a few weeks after the game itself.
Justice, the Grammy Award-winning duo of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, composed the score in close collaboration with Rockstar. It is an adaptive score, with expansive compositions dynamically tuned to the different ways players engage with the world of Vice City and Leonida throughout the story of Jason and Lucia. Rather than a fixed set of cues, the music is designed to shift with how players move through the game world and its story.
The album features 30 tracks, along with a number of digital bonus tracks included across all formats. It includes Flower in a Hurricane, featuring Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard, the track heard in the Grand Theft Auto VI Launch Trailer, and the new single Pusher, featuring Gesaffelstein, which debuted on the day of the announcement.
The score will be available on December 11 on all major music streaming services, as well as on CD and vinyl. Rockstar points listeners to pre-save and pre-order options, including a special limited Triple Crystal Clear vinyl edition alongside standard CD and vinyl formats. Fans wanting more of the game's music can also visit the Music section of the Grand Theft Auto VI site, which previews select in-game radio stations and featured singles from Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album.
