Apex Legends Pulls E-District Night From Rotation for Visibility Fixes

OFFICIAL Written by GPN · Nov 7, 2026, 4:45 AM ET · Apex Legends · Gaming

Respawn has pulled E-District (night) from all map rotations in Apex Legends, rotating the day version back in while it works on visibility fixes for the night map.

Map Rotation

E-District (night) is out of every rotation, and E-District (day) is back in. The change is live now, in the November 6, 2026 update.

Visibility Fixes

Respawn is working on a handful of high-impact changes to improve visibility on E-District night. Expect reduced fog density, increased fog distance and adjusted color balance when the night map returns. Respawn says it still wants to deliver on the fantasy and atmosphere of a neon-soaked city, but in a way that does not compromise visibility.

When Night Returns

Respawn anticipates bringing back an improved E-District (night) map near the end of the month, later this split.
