Razer Unveils Hammerhead V3 Chroma Wired Earbuds With ANC and Zero-Latency USB-C Audio

Razer has announced the Hammerhead V3 Chroma, premium wired USB-C gaming earbuds built for competitive mobile and handheld play. The pitch is simple: the immersion of active noise cancellation and the zero-latency audio of a wired connection, without the battery fatigue of wireless earbuds.

Total immersion, zero distractions

At the core of the earbuds is feed-forward active noise cancellation, engineered to neutralize ambient background noise so players can stay focused on in-game cues. Beneath that sits a custom-tuned dual-driver architecture, pairing an 11mm dynamic driver for punchy low-end impact with a dedicated 6mm tweeter for crisp highs. On PC, THX Surround Sound 7.1 through Razer Synapse adds positional awareness, and players can switch between audio presets for Gaming, Music, Movies and Calls, or dial in a custom equalizer profile.

Built for handheld play

Traditional wired earbuds stick straight out of a device's port and get in the way of palms in landscape grip. The Hammerhead V3 Chroma fixes that with a low-profile 90-degree ergonomic USB-C connector that sits flush against phones, tablets and gaming handhelds, keeping the grip comfortable and the cable free of strain. The build is IPX4 water-resistant against sweat, rain and splashes.

Control without tabbing out

An integrated in-line remote handles volume, media playback and ANC toggling mid-match, while a built-in omnidirectional microphone covers team comms and daily calls. Each earbud carries dynamic Razer Chroma RGB lighting, with 16.8 million colors and presets to match the rest of a Razer setup.

Razer positions the Hammerhead V3 Chroma for everything from high-stakes mobile tournaments to daily travel, with plug-and-play wired audio across mobile, handheld and PC.
