League of Legends Patch 26.22 buffs Corki and Rumble, nerfs Locke and Yasuo, and splits TFT off

OFFICIAL Written by GPN · Nov 7, 2026, 9:00 AM ET · League of Legends · Gaming

League of Legends Patch 26.22 is here, and it is a generous one for champions who have been held back for pro play. Corki and Rumble get room to breathe, Kayle, Maokai, Naafiri, Shen, Smolder, Viktor and Zaahen get bumps, and Locke, Thresh and Yasuo are pulled back.

Champion balance

Aurelion Sol's Singularity now deals more damage as it ranks up, with its ability power ratio growing to 80%. Corki's Missile Barrage hits harder at every rank, and its Big One damage rises to 200 / 380 / 560. Kayle's Radiant Blast and Divine Judgment both come off cooldown sooner, Maokai's Bramble Smash deals more max-health damage, and Naafiri heals more from Darkin Daggers while The Call of the Pack grants 22% bonus attack damage.

Rumble's Equalizer scales harder with ability power, Shen's Twilight Assault deals more damage to monsters, Smolder's ACHOOO! explodes for more, Viktor grows a little healthier each level and his Arcane Storm conjures harder, and Zaahen's Darkin Glaive comes off cooldown faster.

On the other side, Locke's Ritual Nails deal less stack damage and Soul Ignition lasts five seconds instead of six, Thresh loses two attack damage and damage from The Box, and Yasuo's Steel Tempest scales with 100% total attack damage instead of 105%.

Items

Doran's Bow loses a point of attack damage, dropping from 8 to 7, as Riot pushes marksmen back toward Doran's Blade. Overlord's Bloodmail gains attack damage, rising from 30 to 40, while its Retribution passive is trimmed so the item is a net buff for most users without ballooning on Sett.

ARAM Mayhem

The Journey to Stardom event continues with a round of augment tuning: Take 'Em Down Down Down and Weapon of Destiny lose power, while survivability augments Soul Eater and Stay Resolute get stronger. Butcher's Bridge and Koeshin's Crossing return to the rotation with Headliner performances, two new augments join the fray, and the final page of Journey to Stardom is now open as Worlds rolls on.

League Classic

Three more champions return to League Classic in this patch: Volibear, Swain and Elise. Volibear was the winner of Council Vote #2, Swain returns full of bird-fuelled mayhem, and Elise brings heavy single-target damage.

Teamfight Tactics

TFT is growing up: it moves to its own standalone client starting November 4, 2026, which makes this patch larger than usual. Existing TFT cosmetics stay usable in League, the first batch of TFT-only Little Legends arrives December 1, and full separation for TFT cosmetics including emotes and icons lands December 15. A future patch will add the option to fully opt out of TFT downloads in League patches. Mel also gets a midscope update in this patch.
